I finally got the leather jacket after waiting a while, and it was a bit of a letdown. The fit was okay, but the leather felt thinner than I expected and kind of stiff in a weird way, not really like what I thought I was getting from the photos.
The stitching around the sleeves also wasn’t great, with a few loose threads showing right away. I reached out hoping someone would follow up or at least acknowledge it, but I never heard anything back, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It’s wearable, but for the price I expected better quality and better service

I ordered my usual size from JJ Leatherhouse it fit really well. I was a little worried about the sleeves at first. But they’re fine. Not too tight, not baggy either. Just right. The size chart helped a lot too. Happy with it.

The product was fine, but the shipping took way too long. I get that delays happen sometimes, but it’s reasonable to expect an order to show up within the timeframe given. A little better communication would’ve made the wait less frustrating.

This was worth the money. The leather feels sturdy and looks like it should cost more than it did. I mean, you can usually tell when something is cheaply made, and this doesn’t feel that way at all. I’m happy with the order and don’t really have anything to complain about

They got back to my emails really quickly and just handled the issue without making it a big thing. Reading between the lines, it felt like they actually knew what they were doing and didn’t need me to chase them...
